I attended the Italian school of Ecopsychology, Ecopsiché, founded by Marcella Danon and completed the training in "Applied Ecopsychology" acquiring the qualification of Ecotuner in January 2022. I attended further training activities in Forest Bathing field. My great passions are trees, woods and all nature. I also love poetry especially the one that draws inspiration from the experience of contact with nature. I followed courses on "poetic reading" conceived and conducted by italian theater director. I created the Poetic Cards that I propose in the Applied Ecopsychology Laboratories as a tool for Poetic Ecotherapy. I know and practice Mindfulness (MBRS protocol) and I have started a process of deepening the "art" of the shamanic drum. I am happy to be able to accompany people to experiment new ways of contacting nature to rediscover harmony, well-being, develop everyone's personal power and use the word as a tool for self-knowledge and self-expression.
