Eliza-Beth Brennan

I am a Certified Holistic Counsellor & Psychotherapist, Ecotherapist, Transpersonal Coach, Shamanic Practitioner, Ancestral Lineage Healing Practitioner dedicated to guiding individuals through deep transformation, soul healing, and reconnection with their true essence. In my own journey of healing, I have been supported by conventional and holistic, alternative & sacred therapies. I felt a calling to share the medicine that helped mend my wounds—integrating therapy, ancestral wisdom, earth-based healing, and sacred ritual into a practice that honours wholeness, soul awakening and sacred embodiment. My holistic therapy training brings grounding in approaches that are; evidence based, trauma informed, client centred, integrative, process oriented, holistic, transpersonal, and nature allied. My shamanic path—enriched by sweat lodge ceremonies, vision quests, and advanced training in Australia’s Central Desert—has fostered a deep appreciation of and belief in the transformative power of indigenous wisdom ways, facilitated strong connection and support from more than human allies and provided an initiatory pathway into being a facilitator of healing arts and ritual. Throughout my career (so far), I have had the privilege of serving diverse communities through a blend of holistic therapy, client services, education, and leadership. I have supported individuals with disabilities, delivered transformative Outdoor Education programs, and held leadership roles across a range of settings. In 2019 I co-founded with my partner Jenny a Holistic Therapy and Healing business (Holistic Soulscape) which has evolved into the offering of Wild Sacred Medicine. By weaving together therapeutic depth, transpersonal exploration, nature-based connection, spiritual healing, and ancestral reconnection, I create a sacred space where ‘the work’ is not just about symptom relief but about healing deep wounds, reclaiming power, and stepping into authenticity in service of self and the world.
