The International Ecopsychology Society (IES) is looking for committed individuals to join as volunteers and help strengthen and expand our global community.
Available Volunteer Opportunities
📌 1. Communication & Technology Assistant
Support us in managing IES’s digital platforms. Responsibilities include:
✅ Managing and updating the website (WordPress preferred).
✅ Assisting with Mailchimp lists, newsletters, and email campaigns.
✅ Optimizing IES’s digital communication.
✅ Collaborating with the team to improve event and content dissemination.
📌 2. Coordinator of Online Ecotuner Gatherings (For Certified Ecotuners Only)
We are looking for a certified Ecotuner to coordinate online gatherings for the Ecotuner community. Responsibilities include:
✅ Organizing quarterly meetings for one year.
✅ Managing the WhatsApp group and event calendar.
✅ Selecting topics and facilitating discussions.
✅ Communicating community needs to the IES Board.
💡 Certification as an Ecotuner with active practice is required.
📌 3. Membership & Community Management
Support the growth and engagement of our member network. Responsibilities include:
✅ Responding to membership requests and managing enrollment campaigns.
✅ Administering members on the IES membership platforms.
✅ Ensuring members receive their benefits and fostering their engagement in IES.
📌 4. Administrative & Information Management Assistant
Strengthen IES’s organizational structure by supporting key administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:
✅ Managing IES emails and directing inquiries to the Board.
✅ Maintaining the IES information repository and digital platforms.
✅ Managing the YouTube channel and archiving relevant content.
✅ Writing and archiving meeting minutes for the Board.
